Sr Sales Mgr. Leads and Calls Products

Job Summary:

The Sr. Mgr. Demand Parnerships will be responsible for generating revenue and creating relationships for Transparent.ly. Members of this job family will work with the CRO, Account Managers, Analysts, and Business Development – Supply Partnerships to accomplish sales goals.

The Senior Manager – Insurance Demand Partnerships will develop client relationships across Transparent.ly product segments, particularly calls and leads, to create and execute both short and long-term sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of Transparent.ly, its products and strategy
  • Cold contact prospects and evaluate for fit
  • Respond to inbound sales leads with value proposition and professionalism
  • Begin and advance sales discussions within target prospects on Transparent.ly’s products
  • Execute short and long-term sales tactics
  • Represent Transparent.ly at industry conferences and events
  • Develop sales materials as needed
  • Maintain sales pipeline record within CRM software
  • Work independently to develop and manage a sales pipeline

Education and Experience:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated sourcing, developing, and closing revenue opportunities, ideally in the lead generation industry. This position requires strong sales acumen, professionalism, diligence, and communication. Knowledge of digital advertising technology and knowledge of insurance is a plus. Proven media sales and strong leadership skills to effectively develop relationships within the distribution organization and across business functions is preferred.

This appropriate candidate will have:

  • Maintain consistent communication with cross functional teams and leadership
  • Media industry experience with a strong sales background
  • Proven track record for obtaining sales results
  • Superior interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Displays knowledge of all aspects of sales process and drivers (projections, goals, targets, shop, buy, cross-sell, retain, profitability, compliance, quality, etc.)
  • Ability to build relationships and partnerships in business-to-business channels
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills; can quickly develop relationships and inspire trust.
  • Strong communication skills – Includes presentation, business writing, negotiation, motivation and relationship management.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry a strong plus
  • Relationships with major lead and call buyers a strong plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Position is remote/WFH. Must be able to travel within the continental United States, when necessary

The Base salary for this opportunity is between $100,800 to $151,300
